Management

-Special educational support to address the developmental delay and intellectual disability;
-Child and adolescent psychiatry follow up especially for autism spectrum disorder, attention-deficit/ hyperactivity disorder, developmental delay and complex behavioural patterns;
-Follow-up by a pediatric neurologist for microcephaly, epilepsy, spasticity and dystonia and brain imaging abnormalities;
-Evalution, follow up and management of obesity is important;
-Genetic counselling for explanation of the genetic result, recurrence risk, and management for family plan.
